Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 emerges in live hands-on images
Samsung’s next Galaxy Unpacked event is taking place on July 9, where we’ll finally see the debut of the brand’s latest foldable phones. The Galaxy Z Fold7 has been the center of numerous leaks and rumors over the past months, and we finally have a live look at the device thanks to a new set of images shared on X.
The Fold7 in the images is sporting its new Blue Shadow color. The camera island looks similar to the one on the Fold6, but we can see it will feature metal camera rings. The LED flash is positioned lower on the new model.
We also get a look at the device’s slim side profile, which, according to the latest rumors, will measure just 4.2mm when unfolded and 8.9mm when folded.Z Fold7 is also rumored to weigh 215 grams, which is 24 grams lighter than the Fold6.
As for the rest of the specs, Fold7 is rumored to bring an 8.2-inch main display and a 6.5-inch cover screen with a 21:9 aspect ratio. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. Fold7 is expected to offer a 4,400 mAh battery with 25W charging support and will debut with One UI 8 based on Android 16.
